Mechanical all the way for me, I just love the feel and how durable it is.

I’m totally on the mechanical team, you can’t beat that sensation. Just voted!

I learned to type on a mechanical typewriter, so that feel is natural to me. The virtual keyboard on my tablet is maddening, and I have a bluetooth keyboard if I'm going to do anything serious on it. I think it's optical, but at least there's some tactile feedback from it.

That mechanical feel is pretty unbeatable, it's great that you have a setup that makes typing on the tablet so practical.
