Problem with an order from AISLER

A while back I ordered two boards from AISLER for a small project I plan to do at home. Not my first time ordering from them and so far everything has been great, but the latest order is a bit problematic. The package arrived in the US neat and clean, but it's been stuck in an linehaul office. First off, I have absolutely no idea what kind of an office this is and second, how long would I have to wait?

Yeah, a linehaul office is basically a sorting facility and a key part in the logistics chain. Sometimes delays should be expected but what @barfle said about tariffs can definitely add to the processing time. With all the new and changing trade policies, especially regarding electronics from certain regions, customs officials are often doing more thorough inspections.

Have you tried contacting AISLER's customer support directly? They should have access to more detailed tracking information and can often prod the shipping carrier for an update. Good luck, I hope you get your boards soon!
