Source for off-the-shelf unbalanced to balanced line driver/buffer pcbs?

Hi, I'm planning on modding a Yamaha MQ-1602 console to have direct outputs. I'm looking for a small, off-the-shelf option for easily adding non-inverting unbalanced to balanced buffers (Ideally mostly stuffed, with unstuffed r1 and r2 resistors to easily set the gain as needed) and I can't seem to find anything available. I found this on Sparkfun, but as you can see they are no longer available. Does anyone have a good source for something similar? I can build my own, but it would be time better spent on repairing things...it just seems like there has to be an off-the-shelf option available, but chatgpt doesn't have much to offer...I found the unstuffed pcbs in the uk(eBay), but there are only 3 left and I need at least 16. Any help is much appreciated.
 
I should've mentioned the tap point of the channel is post fader and post eq and is -20dBV. The idea is to be able to plug the balanced direct outs straight into the interface (and have a decent amount of signal) without overdriving the stereo bus of the console.
 
There are a lot of unbalanced to balanced options to be found on eBay. Boards and kits from China are available for very little money.

Transformers made by RDL are another option.

I know, I've bought several in the past, but they all came from China. Given the current tariff situation I was hoping someone had a lead for a seller in the states.
