If you’re using standard THHN, you need to stop! It’s rated for 14°F and gets super brittle. Switch to XHHW-2. It uses cross-linked XLPE which is a thermoset material rated for -40°C. It stays flexible and won't crack when you're trying to pull it through conduit in a freeze
