Capacitor performance in the cold

When you're out in freezing temps, and your gear is all powered up, things can start to act a little strange. Cold weather can really affect how capacitors store and release energy, which might slow down their response time or reduce their efficiency. Have you noticed any changes in how capacitors perform when the temp drops?

Was messing with a circuit board in my garage one winter. The capacitors were acting weird, like they weren't charging up properly. I just took the thing inside to finish working on it.
