External Blu Ray player recommendation

Can anyone recommend an external Blu Ray player that I can rip Blu Rays from (like, SDE discs) to my laptop? Thanks.

I did a bit of research hope this helps.

For Blu-ray ripping, you need a USB external drive plus software any standard external Blu-ray drive works.
Recommended drives:

• LG BP60NB10 - reliable, affordable USB Blu-ray drive
• Pioneer BDR-XD07 - higher quality, portable
• ASUS BW-16D1X-U - excellent for UHD discs

Ripping software:

• MakeMKV (free while in beta) - best for Blu-ray ripping
• HandBrake - for conversion after ripping
• DVDFab - paid option with more features

Make sure the drive supports reading, not just playback. Most external Blu-ray drives work fine for ripping with MakeMKV.
