Hi everyone. Now in my mid 70s, in my career I was responsible, in the 1970s, for the first multi layer PCB fitted to a British missile and designed sound mixing consoles for the Who and The Kinks. In the 1980s I was project leader for the design of the Dragon 32 home computer and in the 90s was involved in the development of several Dymo electronic label printers. I was lucky enough to retire at the end of 2000 at the ripe old age of 50. Since then I have kept myself busy designing and building vacuum tube based pro audio electronics, principally small mixers. I also like to keep up to date with today's micro-controllers which have a wealth of resources we could only dream about 40 years ago.

I hope my experience will enable me to help out a few folk here.

Cheers

Ian
