Struggling to match MOSFET pinout in my circuit

I'm working on a circuit that requires two MOSFETs, one p-channel, one n-channel, but I'm running into trouble figuring out the pin connections. The schematic labels them as D1, S1, G1 for the p-channel and D2, S2, G2 for the n-channel, but there's a strange hook symbol that I can't quite decode. I don't have a datasheet on hand so I'm hoping someone can help me make sense of how these should be placed.
 
There are many dual N P MOSFET packages, and there is no "standard" way they are pinned out.
Without s data sheet it is not possible, or even worthwhile, to proceed. They are cheap enough so picking a new one from Digikey where you will find data sheets will make the effort easy.
Besides, you have not attached any images of what you describe, and an image search would likely find your answer.
 
Hey all, just wanted to close the loop on this. You were both right. Trying to work without a datasheet was a fool's errand. After a lot of squinting, I found a faint part number on the chip itself, and a quick search online brought up the pinout diagram I needed. I appreciate you all for pointing me in the right direction!
 
Hooking up a MOSFET with the wrong pins can fry it in a sec, especially if you mix up the drain and source or mess up the gate.
 
If you're having trouble figuring out the pinout without a datasheet you can use the diode test to spot the body diode direction. That'll tell you which way the source and drain are.
 
That's a good point, using the diode test is a solid way to figure out which pins are the source and drain if you don't have the datasheet handy.
 
That hook symbol is usually just showing the body diode inside the MOSFET. For a p-channel, source goes to the more positive side (like Vcc), drain to the load, and gate pulled low to turn it on. N-channel is flipped... source to ground, drain to load, gate pulled high. Without a datasheet, that's the safe default.
