Best beginner project to learn PCB design - What worked for you?

When I started out with PCB design, I had a hard time finding a project that was easy enough to learn from but still engaging enough to keep my interest. What beginner project did you work on that helped you build your confidence?

Began with a basic LED blinker board. I set it up mainly to understand how to create traces and manage spacing. Watching it light up really boosted my confidence to take on larger projects.
